Course will include training in:

Life Coaching

In this program, one of the most important pieces is life coaching. We use life coaching to aid clients in working through stressors, past traumas, anxiety, and mental illnesses while also helping them set goals for their future. Life coaching is also used to better get to know the client in order to create for them the most impactful hypnosis. 

Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is the main modality that we teach (and practice) to help lock in any changes and breakthroughs that come during the portion of the life coaching session. We personally do not use hypnosis without pairing it with life coaching as we believe hypnosis should be tailored to the individual to give them the longest lasting results. You will learn to formulate a hypnosis specifically for your client as well as the art of bringing someone in and out of the hypnotic state. 

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)

Should you want to dive deeper into the world of holistic healing, you can add these modalities onto your training:

Reiki
EMDR
Regressions (timeline, age, life)

Upon graduation, you will have the opportunity to open up your very own Love Your Life Hypnosis location!
